Brent Lockwood

Brent was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to the east coast at the age of ten. He came to North Carolina in 1983 to work in the aviation field. In 1990 Brent began his real estate career as a Realtor listing and selling new and existing homes in Durham. A few years later he began working onsite at a new homes sales community in Chapel Hill. During his first few years in real estate, Brent was enthusiastically motivated to purse additional instruction and disciplines in real estate such as obtaining his appraising license, insurance license, General Contractor license, mortgage license and shortly thereafter, an associate degree in Real Estate.

Prior to graduation, he entered the mortgage industry as a loan officer with Banc Plus Mortgage, then continued that career at First Union Mortgage and ultimately opened up his own mortgage company, “Durham Mortgage”. Along the way he has built, renovated and restored dozens of homes in the surrounding area. Brent later obtained a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.

Over the years, he has owned and managed his personal properties as well as others. In 2016, Brent purchased North Raleigh Business Center. Brent is an active member of Bethesda Baptist Church, Past President of the Durham Lions Club, and Past President of the Triangle Mortgage Lenders Association.

Faye Stockwell

Fay is originally from upstate New York and moved to Raleigh in October of 2008 to be closer to her son and his family, along with her daughter. She has 40 years of customer service experience with 27 of those years in the banking industry in New York. 

Fay has been at North Raleigh Business Center for the past six years as the front desk receptionist. She truly enjoys answering the phone systems, along with greeting and helping all of the clients who come into the center.
